Hi, My baby is 6 months old.I got periods do I get milk for nursing.My baby is exclusive breastfeeding.

you can comfortably feed your baby
as the baby is six months you can start with dal water rice water ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed fruits and vegetables
remember one new food one at a time
