Q.

hi my baby is 6+ months and she is not having formula milk properly (only taking 90 ml per feed and 4 times a day). she wants to have mothers milk instead of formula but mother is not having enough milk (getting 30 ml only at a time). also baby is crying a lot. not able to engage her with toys.. please suggest..

A. Mix your breastmilk with formula, or experts generally advise introducing formula slowly, gradually replacing breastfeeding sessions with formula feeding. One method is to replace one nursing session per week with a formula feeding session. Start by giving your baby one bottle of formula at around the same time each day.
