Hi my baby is 4month and 12 days old he didn't poop about 10 to 13 days sometimes poop at 12 days is it serious what should i do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you need to give exclusive breastfeeding to your child because formula feed can cause constipation to the baby and further you can consult your doctor for more guidance so that doctor can give you proper suggestions about it and accordingly you can follow and strictly maintain good hygiene . . . . . . .
