buy a good musical play gym with toys to keep your child busy

It’s Fine I don’t think so you need to worry about it your child this is making a fist most of the times kids just make that thing when they’re hungry if your child is keeping a tight all the times and that’s okay maybe your child is having some discomfort or other things you can get a check with your doctor
