Hi my baby is 4 month 10days old he is having lots of dry cough and little cold (not running nose) makes sound through nose please sujjest drops for him

A. hi parent please keep her hydrated by giving her breast milk every two hours please give her good rest take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sk give her supplements as suggested by your doctor
