hi .my baby is 4.4 year old and she got cough 4 days back I consulted pediatrician already he give antibiotics and medicines ..from yesterday morning she had fever gave her paracitamol fever not come down at the evening again her temperature is raised to 103 again I gave her ibuprofen but fever is not responding to medicine but she's active and normal...after midnight fever reduced ..again from the morning she has fever upto 100.2 I gave her paracitamol but temperature not completetly reduced..

A. please recheck the dosage if it is given according to the weight of the child and you can repeat paracetamol four times per day and if needed ibugesic 3 times per day and also do body sponge and meet your doctor again
