Hi, my baby is 3 months old. Is it good to start cow milk for her or ragi satva?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it's not good n not advisable at this age Till 6 months of life , breastmilk or formula milk is both food and drink for your baby. may give mention after 6 month

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. no dear cow milk not recommended now . any animal milk after baby completes one year of age.. it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months then you can start solids
