Hi, my baby is 3.5months on and is BF suddenly from past 3-4 days my breasts are not feeling heavy anymore. It was just 2 days back that I could feel heavy breasts and now that is not the case. Why is it so?

A. Shatavari powder would be very good for you to take to increase your lactation and sometimes if you do dietary alterations or changes into your diet it can happen and with the growing age the appetite also increases sometimes it happens so try taking a lactation supplement if it helps
