hi my baby is 3.5 months old..he is not doing social smile..he smile at ceiling or empty spaces but not making much eye contact and smile at people ..is that normal??

A. difficult to tell without examination so it is advisable to meet your doctor who will assess the social and language milestones of the child according to age and tell you whether it is normal or not
