hi there, now that your baby is 3.5 months old she or he has mastered the process of suckling. so as the time pass the baby will feed for shorter duration. They now know how to suckle and drink faster, so they take less time to feed now.
if your baby is crying or cranky, not active, not gaining weight than it's a concern.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. If baby is passing urine 8-10 times in a day then baby is getting enough breast milk. It might be due to teething in the baby. Please give homeopathic medicine BC21  to the baby. Also massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth. Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. Also feed the baby often which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. Masaage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. You can also use breast pump to take out milk which also helps in production of breast milk.
