hi my baby is 3.10..she is talking but I am not satisfied with her understanding . watever I taught she catches easily but she is not fluent she never comes to me talk first...she knows poems songs action things but she is not understanding story ...she is not scared of anything...i m not understanding wat exactly is happening..she answers in very short sentences ...she does not ask why here why this ...please suggest

if your child is able to understand and follow all the commands given and is able to you hear what you are saying with proper eye contact then do not worry much about the llanguage skills of the child because speech will gradually come. 
try to avoid tv mobile laptop like screen time and spend more time with the child talking with the child as well as if more people are available to talk with the child and this will also improve the social and language milestones of the child.
