Crush and boil tulsi and ginger and and filter to make tulsi ginger water.
(Honey can be added to to this tulsi ginger water if age of the more than 1 year of age)
Give more water to drink to keep the child hydrated.
Also turmeric with milk can be given twice daily.
Saline drops for nasal blockage.
