Yes you can give one per day. It is very effective pro biotic to control lose motion. Still you are baby doesn’t get relief then in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because your doctor can only advise you will after examining baby. Add sufficient water in babies regular diet plan to keep your baby hydrated
