hi. my baby is 2 months old. he has white patches on his stomach and thighs area. it will fade away or not. please suggest something.

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evchaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
