Hi My baby is 1yr 7 month old .He is taking only breastfeed.which formula milk should I start to stop from breastfeed .He is not drinking other flavoured milk.

A. thank you for reaching out was with is very important question please note as the baby turns one year old he should be wind of any kind of formula milk if you're trying to win of the smile that absolutely fine and you can introduce cow milk plane warm cow milk is no need to add anything to it not even sugar if he is not compatible having milk to not worry you can compensate solids with the need of milk intake like you can give fruit smoothie banana milkshake or you can even give paneer yoghurt Shrikhand all of this can be made homemade
