Q.
hi ,my baby is 18 months old ,having cow milk during nights and not sleeping well because of this milk hunger ,so I fee like if I stop feeding him nights he will get good sleep and then I can give milk during day times is that okay for his age ? and any suggestions to stop having night milk!

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you can try to give the toddler a filling dinner and then before bed time cows milk could be given to them , that will keep him quite full.
If required if he gets up in the night offer cows milk only

please give cup of warm milk with his favorite flavor milk powder
please give his favorite food instead of breast feeding
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
