ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. it has self cleaning property make a ear wick with cotton cloth and clean maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside bgry yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .
