Hi my baby is 14months old from yesterday evening she suffering from fever I giving her paracetamol what time need her to recover

A. Hello, your baby girl is 14 months old and she is having a fever since yesterday so you should give her syrup ibugesic plus 3 ml three times a day and plenty of water
