Q.
hi , my baby is 11 months old and from yesterday onwards she is suffering from runny nose( water consistency) with no body temperature.. Its getting difficult for her to sleep because of nose block.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. ise nasal saline drops. Keep the child comfortable in warm surroundings. Sleeping may be tough because of nose and throat congestion. Use an inclined bedding, raised at the head to help sleep better.
