Hi My baby is 10month old. Can I give him a cow milk or should I give formula milk. Which is better

cow milk and honey to be started after completion of one year.
offer fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc with added fruits and vegetables

Cow milk is not recommended for the babies below one year. It will be difficult for the baby to digest it. Give formula milk to to your baby till one year. Take care and all the best
