hi, my baby is 10 months old and he is having fever cough n cold, I have given him antibiotic and cetrizine as well as paracetamol, but yesterday his fever went to 103 and i gave him imol 4 ml, ( 5ml contains 162mg of paracetamol), Fever went down to 100 and after 4 hours when fever was 100 I gave him another dose of imol 4 ml, now fever is gone but temp is going low 96.4 degree ( arm pit temp), is there anything to worry or we need to seek doctor advice
