hi my baby has completed 6months on today shall I start to give idly and home made cerelec to her. pls advice

Start giving small quantities of semi solids like homemade cerelac, ragi, mashed bananas, apple purée, pumpkin purée, carrot purée, papaya purée, daal or chaaval paani. Start with one new food at a time, preferably in the mornings. Give sips of water in between meals. Continue breastfeeding.
