hi my baby got vaccinated yesterday and his 2 months 10 days old, got full fever from yesterday night now also have high temperature is this normal should i consult doctor. i am doing paracetamol drops for baby even temperature is not normal

when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain.
paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day.
you can also apply ice over the injection site.
if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.
vaccine fever usually subsidexs in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever
