Hi, you can start solids when the baby turns 6 months old. you can give rice water, daal water, ragi porridge, sooji kheer, fruit juices, vegetables soup etc. ensure you include all seasonal fruits and vegetables. also try 3 days trial to see if the foods suits the baby and he doesn't have any allergies. thanks

After completing the age of six months only You Are allowed to give food to the child prior to that it would not be advisable because your child is not in the correct age as of now to start with food so let your child be in the right it then you can go ahead with that no problems at all
