Hi, my baby girl is 2.5 years now. Could you please suggest when can we stop breast feeding? If yes, then what we should take care for baby from food perspectives post stop feeding for baby?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear parent! Above one year you can start weaning off with one feed at a time. Limit the total dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
