hi my baby girl is 1 yr and 9mnt old.. she had runny only nose in day... but night she sleep peacefully without out any block in nose and doesn't make any cough.... should I give antibiotics for this runny nose..? or its disappear in its own ..? please? rply me

Please avoid giving antibiotics it’s not a healthy thing that for everything that we can give antibiotic second if it is running nose and you can give basic antiallergic after consulting a doctor and if the child is comfortable then there is no need to give any medicine
