Hi my baby boy is 6 weeks and 4 days old. His weight is 5.8kgs and height is 60cm. I am worried if the growth is kinda a lot. is it healthy to increase this much?

A. some newborns simply grow faster than others. If your baby is exclusively breastfed, it's unlikely that you're overfeeding her, and the extra weight gain is probably just a sign of her growing appetite.
