hi, my baby boy is 4 months 24 days old, from past 4days he passes stool green in colour and while he pee he makes hmmm sound with pressure, is it worry

A. for green stool color is completey normal. but if stool is hard , dry , difficult to pass than better to condult ur doctor. take care n all the best
