hi my baby boy is 3 year and 2months old.he is only one word speaking.. around 500 word he knows.he does not speak language

A. Hello ma’am Would advise you to consult your doctor ones maybe a speech therapist would be the right person to help you with it because you are saying that your child has a lot of words but uses only one It would be best for you to consult a speech therapist but before that you Should consult a child specialist
