hi my baby 7 months old .can I give mixed vegetables regularly??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you can give veggies daily, but gi e individual vegetable at a time to develop taste. Start by offering small amounts once a day n increase the quantity gradually .

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. yes you can give all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables purees or juices to baby , but also keep an eye on baby's digestive system, uf you introduce any new food item just check baby will not have runny motions if so then avoid giving that food item
