I so I’m certainly your child is not late as a lot of parents are not aware about the fact that a child can have its first teeth between the age of 3 to 17 months your child has gotten one already in the age of seven months which means it is very well in time and the others will come when the time is right you can come to know about it the child would like to bite everything and there is a swelling in gum so just check for those things as Symptoms
