Hi, my baby 3 years8 Months recently she suffering viral infection doctor gave antibiotics inj. After there gave antibiotics syrup but I can’t gave antibiotics syrup to my baby is it ok or not please rply

First Dr gave him cifixime antibiotics for urine infection but after the report he changed antibiotics as his urine report was normal, n there was viral infection in blood. My question is we gave him 3 doses of cifixime n 3doses of amoxiline antibiotics total 6 doses of antibiotics but still he has fever.
