Hi My baby 3 months old & started having disturbed sleep during night. she moves a lot in sleep she even cries in sleep even she is feed properly she keeps moving her head and hands specially what to do?

babies do that sometimes
just keep her close to you and keep her patting gently
make her feel she is safe and comfortable
show to doctor if need be
