my age is 32 yrs.. and weight is around 44.5 kgs
I tried everything but my weight was not increasing.
my immune system is also not very strong.

my friend suggested me to take ashwagandha and shatavari for good health.

but i was confused to consume both medicines or not becoz i am breastfeeding mom.

so dear pedetritian's pls tell me is both medicines are safe for my baby if I will consume it.
