In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol.
Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can luead to some chronic manifestations occasionally .
Also teeth injury should be rule ouut in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

If you have any concerns, call your doctor and ask what symptoms you might watch for and for how long. In the meantime, remember squirmy and rolling babies can move fast.
