Hi My 6 years son got fever from evening,100.5 fever and headache Shall I use this medicine for fever?

A. No I would not advise you this because this is a medicine that should be only given under doctors advice as it can reduce on the platelets is given in low fever right now your child is very mild fever so you should go ahead with giving basic any good paracetamol not this one for sure
