hi my 6 years old is having nightmares and she always cries in middle of the night. she doesn't sleep continuously. I am worried about her health. can you please suggest.

ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician9 months agoA. Please take out some time and try to speak to her about any anxiety at school or her peer age group. Children . It will be better if she opens up. Or else you might need the help of a child psychologist.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy9 months agoA. hello you can try to make the child sleep closer to you and also prayer before the sleep you can make your child do and if still any discomfort you can then check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly and nothing to worry
