Hi my 5 years old had cold and cough today at midnight he suddenly started crying because of right ear pain. I gave maxtra for cough. after few 15minutes for ear pain I have given Ibuprofen 2.5ml is it safe to give both medicines at a time?

Maam I don’t know what amount of medicine you have given to a five year old child but 2.5 is quite less as of now there is no problem in giving both the medicines because Maxtra can be given over the age of four years right now I’m just going to recommend you to please visit an ENT doctor once
