Hi, My 4 months baby having fever from 4 days, From day 2 giving Sumo L drops, Alex drops & Advent drops, as per doctor prescription. Still fever is coming on and off. Should I continue same medicine. please advise

follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue the same medicines or there will bae changed in the mediciness .
