Hi ,my 3 month baby boy is not urinating since 10pm ,it has been 6 hrs . Is this concerning ? Is this dehydration ? He is over mother milk .

A. hello make sure the ba y is getting enough milk n this way keepp baby hydrated well n any concern is better to chk ur doctor n she will be able to guidr u accordingly n no worries
