HomeQuestions & AnswersHi my 20 month old baby wakes up at 10 am have some water and 180 ml of milk then at 11 am he have his breakfast then around 1:30 or 2 pm he eats one banana after which he sleeps for 1.5- 2 hours then after waking up around 4 pm to 4:30 he takes his lunch then after outdoor walk around 7 pm he takes some snack followed by dinner around 9 pm and then he takes 180 ml of milk before bedtime. Is this time schedule okay for I should make him eat his lunch and then make him go for his afternoon nap?

A. hello its good enough b can plan according to the appetite of the child which shld be better n also safe too n absolutelyy no woeries n not a problem
