Hi, my 2 year old baby is having a cough and runny nose since 4 days , i have applied all home remedies but nothing happened. plz suggest any cough syrup.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily.s
give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink.
give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk. z
