Hi My 2 month old urinating frequently like 5 pee in an hr But while sleep he didn’t do … His genital seems that he need to but it won’t happen ? Is he having uti No fever / no fussiness while urinating Just grunting same while releasing gas due to which I my confused..?

as there isn't any discomfort along with it , it should be normal
no need to worry
please keep your child well hydrated by giving feeds as per your child needs
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
avoid using diapers for now.
keep that area clean using Gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes
