Q.
Hi My 2.5 month old baby is suffering from cold and cough and doctor suggest to give asthakind P and now she has light fever can I give paracetamol and asthakind p in a day ..please suggest for this

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decdongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relievre the symptoms.

You can continue giving a medication for cold as advised by the doctor. And if baby is temperature is more than 99° then you can give Calpol drops to your baby and can repeat the medicine in every six hours gap if baby doesn’t get relief. Still doesn’t get relief then consult with you
