hi meri baby girl 5 month 16 days ki he use stool me blood aata he .we are done stool routine test so occult blood is positive and mucus too.what should I do for this

Uou should burp your baby well after every feed so that milk digestion is well enough.
Also consult with your paediatric for proper medicine.
