Redness and itching happens because of diapers. If the child wears diaper for long period, as it remains wet and cause rashes in private area.
firstly, use diaper rash cream.
secondly , wash the area thoroughly with soap and water
lastly , keep ur child diaper free for some time in a day.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. 14 months baby is having diaper rashes It is quite common that small babies will be having diaper rashes if you do not maintain hygiene properly you have to clean it with lukewarm water apply silo derm ointment stop using dapper till the rashes will heal

to regularly clean with..
thoda se warm water me pinch of salt add kr wash kr skte hai..
keep baby well hydrated..
