Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleepinhjg. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for thayt . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, ypu can wrap soft napkin on your small finger and wet it a little then start clean g baby's ears. Try not to go too deep insise baby's ear as that may harm his ears as well. Try and be at minimal point only. Good luck and take care of
