hi, mere baby ko fever hai six days se . medicine chalu hai par use acidity jaise dakar aati hai pura din aur vomit jaise karta hai .khana bhi proper nahi kha raha .plz help

viral fever takes 5 to 7 days to get cured
follow the dr
strt with vit supplements as zincovit..
keep the baby well hydrated
water helps in maintaining body temperature..
