hi mera beta 4yrs ka hai wo kuch din se jldi so hi nhi Raha hai din me bhi nhi sota hai or raat me bhi 2-2.30am horahe hai kya causes hosakte hai bataiye plz and solutions bhi

A. kuch din se so nhi rha.. aap bed time set kijiye.. set the environment as dim lights .. read out some story books.. the best way to put the baby sleep gv good masage before bed or play some soothing soft music as baby is sleeping .. ensure baby is full before bed....
