hi, mera baby ek saal ka ho chuka hai, use Brestfeed Se kaise roka ja sakta, Wo solid food nahi Leta sirf Brestfeed ki demand karta hai

Hello mom bacche aise karte hai aap ko hi thoda firm hona padega aur humesha uske demands par na le nahi tho aage aur mushkil ho jayegi .. ek routine banaye aur dheere dheere one At a time apna feed reduce kare , Abhi aap usko animal milk preferably cows milk bhi introduce kar sakte hai joh to a very extent mothers milk jaise hai
